KOX Daniel

Daniel Kox made his professional comic debut in the magazine Samedi Jeunesse in 1970. In 1972, he assisted Dino Attanasio on 'Spaghetti'. He joined the magazine Spirou in 1974, where started out with a story in the 'Carte Blanche' section. He worked at the Peyo studios, and assisted Francis on 'Marc Lebut'.

In addition, he teamed up with scenarist Raoul Cauvin to create the gag series 'L'Agent 212'. This series soon became one of the most popular series in Spirou, and was published in album by Dupuis since 1981. From 1978 till 1981, he also made 'Les Indésirables', for which he did both scenario and artwork. He cooperated with Louis-Michel Carpentier, Malik and Jidéhem on the collective series 'Chansons Cochonnes' at the publishing house Topgame from 1990 to 1992.
